I recently purchased FS2002 and am having problems with the aircraft handling. The aircraft are very unstable (even the C-172) and controls are very sluggish. I have tried changing the sensitivity settings many time with no improvement. My computer specs are: Celeron 2.67 Gh Processor, 1.5 Gb RAM, 60 Gb Hard Drive, Verto GeForce Graphics card. Is this computer acceptable for this program?

How many mb is the card.
Everything else looks fine for 2002.
Try using the keyboard to see if it's your system of the joystick.

The memory of the graphics card is 128 mb
That should be more than good enough.
Try the keyboard and see if that's better.
