Unable to Re-install FSX

I am running Windows XP and after re installing FSX I cant open FSX. After download when I try to open I get the message [b"]MSXML4 SP2 is not installed. Please re-install Flight Simulator to restore or repair this missing component."
I have both SP1 and SP2 installed.
I would appreciate any adice.

You're missing an optional part of windows that fsx needs to run-- it's not a problem with your installation.

Try installing this, hope it works!
