I installed (download) FSX Steam yesterday, but when I try to add aircraft in F:(c86)/ microsoft games I fet a FSX icon. When I double click I get the above error message,
Thank you Radaman. I have read the numerous posts on this message. Unlike most of them, I am not experiencing any other problems with STEAM - in fact I am delighted with it having been an FSX'er for about 10 Years and am pleased with the enhancements. My only "gripe" is that I cannot access the "Flight simulator X" file to paste addons in.
As far as file handling goes I am a bit of a "numpty" so I really don't fancy a re-install unless it is the only way out.
Also, with it having been a download via "Fly Away", I haven't seen anything about re-loading.
