Creating a new scenario adding a few features

Hi
I am looking for recommendations regarding adding an object (i.e., a truck) and insert a number on top of it.
I wonder whether anyone can recommend the way to do it, any instructions, similar scenarios that you have made before, or instructions where to look/read how to add features iin a scenario.
