Ive got a strip of water,were i want to put a fictional Airstrip/Waterstrip,i just want to be able to like click on it in the airports menu and it will take me to the Longditude and Latatude(sp?) of the strip?Can anyone help me?

Not as easy as it sounds - MS FS2004 is not really an editable world, it's based around being a simulation of hte real world so the actual core software does not have any facility to "edit the world" unfortunately.
However, some add-ons are available that allow you to develop you're own scenery and place it where you want it.
I believe one of these tools is called "Runway 12" so do a search on Google under this and see what comes up.
