I Have the spanish version of MS FS9 But I don't read spanish all that well, I wat to change it into english, Can I change the Language.dll file? Umm...

You can change that .dll but I doubt that it will make a complete change.
If you do it don't delete the old one, put it in a folder somewhere safe.
