Just bought CFS 3 the other day. Its a pretty good game, but I haven't been able to earn any prestige in the campaign mode. I've done at least a dozen sorties on different types (British, American Typhoon, P-47 and Spitfire), and have destroyed many ships, but I never seem to get any prestige for it. I look at the debrief and it says I have succeeded, but I get no prestige for the mission.
I have done the missions on easy, with invincible, unlimited ammo and fuel. Does this affect prestige?

I was thinking that it could also be using warp in a mission. Any help anyone could give me would be really useful.
