Ok this is incredibly easy.
Install MS Flight Sim X Legal or Illegal the error happens to both.
When it errors out with the 1935 error DON'T Press OK
Go to C:\program files\microsoft games\
Copy the Flight Sim X folder and put it on your desktop. This will take 40 minutes or so.
Then Press ok and let the computer back out the changes.
Install Flight Sim X Demo or if you already have it go to:
C:\program files\microsoft games\fsx demo (or whatever it is)
Go in there and find msxml4.manifest
Copy it to your Saved Flight Sim X folder on your desktop. It will overwrite the broken one and your game will start. Then register as normal.

Are you saying I need the Demo in order to install FSX?

Well i don't work for microsoft but if you are having that error then yes. Or you can just have someone send you the msxml file
thanks alot man, that is so easy and it really does work! Awsome, thanks!
To save alot of people alot of work why don´´t someone just make the "msxml4.manifest " able to download ??
Someone would make alot of people extreamly happy. including me!

THX worked for me 😀
contents of msxml4.manifest:
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8' standalone='yes'?>
<assembly xmlns='urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1' manifestVersion='1.0'>
<dependency>
<dependentAssembly>
<assemblyIdentity type='win32' name='Microsoft.MSXML2' version='4.20.9818.0' processorArchitecture='x86' publicKeyToken='6bd6b9abf345378f' />
</dependentAssembly>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<dependentAssembly>
<assemblyIdentity type='win32' name='Microsoft.MSXML2R' version='4.1.0.0' processorArchitecture='x86' publicKeyToken='6bd6b9abf345378f' />
</dependentAssembly>
</dependency>
</assembly>
where can I get the manifest file?
Or, how can I can I compile it from the information above?
Thanks.
Just copy and paste into your editor and save as msxml4.manifest
No need to compile or so...
Ok, i put the manifest file but i haven't all airports on my FSX. Some locations are lost.
Any idea?
