Trying to Install Flight Simulator X. Constantly getting a .cab error half way through install. error is: D1Fea~18.cab is corrupted. I've talked with MS Support, didn't work. Done a clean boot, no help. This game has had an attempted re-install several times, then gets the .cab error and rolls back.
IF ANY ONE has any ideas as to the problem please post a reply.
System is: WIN XP SP2
CPU 1.6 ghz
250 Gig HD
1K+ Ram
Radeon Graphics card with 3D
DVD Rom isn't the newest but doesn't seem to have a problem.
The game installed on the HD and still got the same error. Any assistance appreciated. Sorry for the wrong info on first post.
