how to download
hi,,recently new to this site and having problems on how to download aircraft,could any pls tell me how to do this or where to down load the files to.i have tried but it says my files are zipped

Download and run the evaluation app at WinZip
Then follow this how to guide.

If you're not sure which one to download this one is most likely: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7za465.zip
And if you are unsure how to extract zip files you simply right click and select "extract all".
Then once you've extracted the plane it should have instructions but if not all the items will go in either:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator
or if you have a 64-bit system:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator
From there if its a basic plane everything will go into simobjects\airplanes
