I got fsx new and I downloaded a couple planes and but the panels aren't shpwing like The altmeters nav but i don;t know how to turn them on please help

When you unzipd the downloaded file was there a folder named 'Gauges"? If that is the case you will need to copy the Gauges folder included in the download over to the Gauges folder under the main FSX folder.
