HELP!!! Invisible a340 fuselage

Hi folks. Just downloaded and installed the thomas ruth a340-600. Everything works except the fuselage and wheels are invisible when i try to run the aircraft in fsx... The wings are there and all internal views are ok... What have I done???

Did you download it off the internet or did you buy the CD?
