plane went to first nav1 frequency, then, i changed it to a new frequency, the plane did not seem to go to the new airport , 10 miles north of first airport ? thanks maybe the autopilot will only get me to the first nav1 frequency; thanks

Perhaps switch your NAV/GPS switch to GPS and put auto pilot on. Otherwise, pehaps you should steer toward the nav frequency using your COURSE adjuster while in autopilot NAV mode.
