microsoft flight simulator x issues with reactivation

I have recently purchased a black widow SL-6640 flight stick, and had some issues with the game coming up with an error when the stick was plugged in! I reinstalled the game and tried to re activate the game online but the game just came up with an error and closed without activating! please help?? Another issue that also came up was no graphics when i went into the mission! I uninstalled again and re-installed, but am having issues still with activation! Just wont go through to activate the game!
