scenery.cfg on windows 7

Hi all I am trying to down load UK 2000 scenery VHF Airfields Vol 1.

I have also vol.2 & 3.

The program tells me to down load file'' Scenery. cfg'.

Where can I find it ? I am not very PC savey , Sorry..

Any help would be much appreciated.

Could you please give us a link to those instructions or paste them into a post so I can understand more.
