Site AdminI've tested both free downloads and downloads for PRO accounts and both seem to be working fine.
Can you provide any more information?
TraineeSure. I checked the Free download manager app, and the log shows Download started, Unknown Network Error, Wait 30 sec, and this repeats endlessly.
Also just shows 0 of 0 % downloaded.
Tried a smaller file and that downloaded fine.

TraineeOh yeah, the file is stlx1m.zip
Site AdminI had no problem downloading stlx1m.zip from FREE and PRO.
May I ask what download manager you are using? I will make sure this isn't causing the issue.

Version 3.9.3 build 1360
Just noticed there is an update. 3.9.4
I will give that a try.

TraineeUpdate failed, but tried again at noon today and seems to be3 downloading now.
