Microsoft flight sim X How do I get full instrument panel

So are you talking about the Virtual Cockpit or the 2-D one?
If you are just talking about changing views in general then there should be a key binding in controls on FSX called Change View. But if it isnt that then it might be an addon plane that does not have a cockpit your talking about.
