Aleutian Islands Ekranoplan - Flight Simulator X (Steam Edition)

I haven't been able to find the Ekranoplan in the Aleutian Islands supply mission...I've tried looking in various bays and inlets, but it just hasn't shown up.

Has anyone seen it? where can I go to find it? Is it before Chernofski or closer to PADU?
