I installed FS2004 in win 10 using CD in admin account. All files save under c:\FS, not program files folder. Put Disc 4 in external CD rom and clicked FS icon to run. But no response at all. Please could you help.

Read this page carefully.
You can patch FS9 to make it better.
If you do patch it then also download the no-cd crack 9.1.
If you don't patch it then download no-cd 9.
The no-cd crack let you use the Sim without putting in Disk4.

Read all carefully and all should work.
