Logitech Throttle Quadrant - General (Hardware)

Does anyone have the driver for the quadrant, my quadrant is operating as a rudder. I have downloaded the driver form logitech but it is corrupt and will not load.

In the lower right is a live person that you can type your problem and they answer.
