HELP!

I feel like an idiot, I cannot get the Florida HD scenery to load in Xplane 11.50Beta.

I have the HD mesh, and the Ortho Packages downloaded, unzipped and in the Custoim Scenery Folder.
The Log file shows the .dds files loading, but when the flight starts, just the default xplane scenery shows.

The Orthos are above the mesh in the .ini file.
I have watched all the "how to" videos and read almost every post, tried removing all but the florida scenery from the custom folder, you name it.

I am CERTAIN it is one stupid simple step I am missing..... can anyone help?
I can post the log file if it would help.
The computer is running on "HIGH" on all visual settings and I am getting about 90 FPS, so I dont think it is a CPU or GPU issue.

Tried that one... still no joy

I cnt upload the log file here, I can cut ande paste it if anyone wants to look at it.  

It appears that the tiles are loading (from the log file) but they sure dont show up.

thank for anything you can suggest!  I really have tried everything I can find... so frustrating.  Like I said, Im sure its something stupid simple im overlooking.

Did you ever get your Florida scenery to load?  If so, could you paste your folder directory layout for the custom scenery folder?
