Help tracking actions

Hi, i've been trying to search on the web some kind of tool like Virtual airlines acars that's allow me to track every actions that pilots do when flying, I'm not talking about standard tracking such as take off, flaps an so, I'm referring action beyond those as dropping objects, smoke and those king of actions. Please if anyone knows I will thanks the help...
