FAS Pro account cancellation not being actioned?

I've been trying for a while to cancel my Pro account and stop further payments. I followed the instructions and emailed the Pro email address several times, with no response to any emails. Since they use PayPal, I can't stop those payments. I've had to advice my bank and credit card issuer to block further payments. 

I've never experienced this before, where a subscription keeps being charged and correspondence seems to be ignored. I'm posting this legitimate question as I don't know where else to go. It's not a significant amount of money, but it's become extremely frustrating.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have advice which can help?
