Support Staff has not cancelled my subscription for 3 years during a time in which I had limited/no access to cancel

I have sent multiple queries to the support e-mail over the years from Oct 20, 2023 onward, and I am currently dealing with bad fighting/incidents at home. PLEASE I need someone to make an exception for a long term refund from that point to present day. as I am in a significant crisis with older people in my life who are demanding I get a refund with zero understanding of the implications. Just ban my account after- I don't care, but  I am tired of thinking every day might be my last.
