Installation problems with FSX

I'm having terrible troubles trying to install FSX. Not any downloads, the actual game itself. During the installation process, I get to (what I think is) the last portion of the installation on Disc #2 and it comes up with a message stating "The installation process has been interupted and could not be completed. To re-install blah blah blah. Have tried this 4 times now and I'm getting very frusterated! Can anyone help PLEASE!?!?

Since blah blah blah can be researched shut off your anti-virus while you load.
Or you can go into safe mode and try there.
