Hi. I have a question about installing airplanes on FSX. After installation, they appear just as a white shell of a plane with no features. What am I doing wrong? I successfully installed the Grumman F14D and it looks fine (as a test for my installation method). Do I need to reinstall FSX? Thanks for your reply.

Go to the graphics tab in the sim and uncheck the box that says "DX10".
Your textures will show up again.

That worked, but I was getting used to DX10... 😕 Anyway, thanks for the info.
Glad it worked, it's fairly common.
You won't miss DX10.
