Sharing my Mission

I see a lot of missions and others thing that appear to be created and uploaded to the site by general users or members. I created a mission and wanted to share it, but I don't know how or even if you can upload to the site. If you can, could someone please point me in the right direction as to how I can go about doing that. Thanks
