MSFS2024 does not start on Xbox

I already reinstalled MSFS2024 on my Xbox x but i never got the game working.
After the begin scene and the Asobologo and the scene to click any botton the beginning scene starts over and over.
I asked MS for paying back for this game
Any help/ suggestion ?
