If nothing else works, you can always try this.
Nice pic Crash 😂
🍻
I was testing all the features of my latest acquisition and was exploring the emergency procedures checklists which can be displayed right from the panel and decided to give it a try. A wild ride down. 😉
That's great!
When all else fails, read the instructions (If you haven't burned them yet)
Nice work Crash 👍

It's their Cirrus SR-22 G2 $31.95. High priced for a GA craft, but the features are unique. Also, the panel is the best I've ever seen. See my post under aircraft.
Very cool!!!!!
How was the actual landing, survivable?
Cool - where do you get that?? - but great pic Crash!!

Look at my post just before that of madbrit.
Awesome pic Crash my friend!
😀 😀 😀 Tis brilliant!
However, the real thing does not always work. There was a Cirrus crash last week in the Palmdale, Calif area in which the chute deployed but the aircraft crashed and was destroyed, killing both people on board.
I'll be interested in the Probable Cause report when it is published.
I saw that too, Don. The report said he was about to land. The 'chute was deployed at the crash site but he was too low for it to have done any good. Possible mis-deployment that caused the accident? Wonder where the control is and how it is protected against being accidently deployed?
From what I've seen and heard of the incident, the pilot and instructor were doing touch and goes. Witnesses heard the engine cut out. My best guess is that the plane stalled. Pictures of the scene show that CAPS deployed. Again, I am guessing that the altitude was too low for it to have done any good.
