What is that download named flightgear in the newz area. what exactly does it do and how does it affect default microsoft flight simulator and the aircraft i have added. i would like to know befor i download it along with some planes that go with it.

Chief Captainit's a freeware flight simulator - tis not a patch on msfs
i know its a freeware simulator, but is it beter than MSFS2004, or does it have special abilitys that FS2004 does not have, thats my question.
Chief CaptainIm not sure about it but I can't see a freeware simulator being better than one we have all payed good money for 😉
...i'd stick with FS9 😉
