When I record a Flight Video, is there a folder where I can copy the video file into Windows Movie Maker or something??

Flight videos are here by default:
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\My Documents\Flight Simulator Files
You can try and open it with another program by right clicking on it and then choosing the program (WMM).
Thanks alot man...
I dont think that will work. To make a flight video that you can watch in Windows Media Maker as a wmv file you need a program called fraps
Its payware, but the free version should be more than enough to make a FS Video. Some of the best videos out there are made using a few 30 second clips put together with a video editing program such as Windows Movie Maker
Is there something you can downlaod that engables you to record a flight video from instant replay?
Afraid not, you'll just have to use fraps to record the instant replay off the screen
It would be handy if there was though, but the flight video files and not movie files, they are data files telling the simulator what happens and when it happens. Such as 66.3 seconds into the flight the flaps were lowered from 0 to 1, so when you play it back, and it gets to 66.3 seconds into the flight, FS fires up this event and the flaps go from 0 to 1
Though instant replay has a few bugs, firstly AI aircraft arent in the sim, secondly, though not many people know this, but ailerons dont animate in instant replay, which can be a pain for wing view videos. Even though spoilers do animate
