Whilst flying in FSX I had a blue windows screen come up saying begining memory dump please check memory and video card adaptors.
I reset my computer everything is working as it should do, any ideas?

Clean out your old video drivers and load new ones, then defrag.
I would also run a benchmark test on your system. There are numerous programs that can "stress test" you system. I use the NVidia N-tune fo benchmark mines, but there should be a program already installed called "PC Doctor" in the Windows OS. It can tell you if one or your hardware componets have failed. If you get that "Memory Dump", chances are your memory sticks are failing.
