HELP! Radio Buttons Missing in Some Panels

I now have two panels, one for a 727 found at AVSIM under 727_reed_panel.zip , that do not seem to have buttons to get onto the radio.

I figure there's three possibilities here:

1) I simply don't see them and they're very well-hidden

2) They were forgotten by the creator of the file and I'm out of luck

3) There's another way to get on the radio and they aren't necessary

If there's anothert way to get onto the radio, please explain.
