FSX works fine except for the black plane.
Any ideas?
It does not do this when playing....

First OfficerI tested a couple last night and it happened to both....
Just in the revolving free flight screen.... So wierd...

First OfficerI really don't understand how this could happen. I just installed it last night. How do they get corrupted.
Traineewell anything can happen... have you contacted microsoft yet. that would be your best bet.
First OfficerI just got off the phone with Microsoft. They said this was a known problem that began back in the 2004 version.
He gave me instructions which are as follows:
Windows Vista:
Go to start and type - %appdata%
Click Applicaion Folder
Then Microsoft Folder
Click FSX Folder and DELETE fsx.cfg
I guess this file gets rebuilt everytime you start up the program.
I am at work so I will not be able to try this until I get home.
Does anyone out there have experience with this?
