cannot print navlog

hi guys microsoft cant help me and hp cant help me..hope someone here can...i cannot print out any navlogs i could do it up to about a week ago but now they wont print out .... any body had this problem before..any help is greatly appreciated...rgds ken

Thats also happend to me but i still havent resolved it
