???????
or do i need a serious upgrade?............if its not good enough for 2004 are those specs good enough for 2002?
You don't give the mb of the card but the CPU won't handle 2004 at all, maybe 2002.
You can get that quite cheap in the jewel cases.
I would say you need a serious upgrade. You should have at least 1GB of RAM and a speed of around 1500Mhz. 😉
And with these specs???
Dell Dimension C521
AMD AthlonTM 64 X2 dual-core 3800+
1GB DDR2 SDRAM
250 GB Space
Integrated NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE graphic GPU

Possibly, but would consider another card and maybe another 1Gb of RAM. Why buy Dell, when for about the same price, you could build your own PC with much higher specification. Have a look in the classified ads of your local paper, ours have quite a few people who advertise that they build PC's

And at what settings are you playing now FS2004? How much Fps do you get?
I am not so sure about overclocking... seems like running your car at high rpms while you are sitting at a stoplight. I suspect it will do damage over time.
