3D or not 3D???

Hi, Has anyone tried the 3D glasses for FSX? I'm wondering how you liked them and what brand you would recommend? Are these really worth the hundred bucks, or are they just another gimmick you can do without? Of course any thing that makes the FSX experience better would be great.
