A better power supply is in your future.
Traineea faster CPU (preferably multi-core) would be the recommended upgrade for your current config.
However the CPU socket on your mobo is S754, which doesn't leave you with too many options.
Your best bet might be to replace the mobo as well, but this would most likely mean getting new RAM modules (DDR2).
I would probably leave everything as is, until you are ready to swap MB/CPU/RAM combo.
Your video card is not the greatest by today's specs, but should hold pretty well until you get more processing power.
