is there a free repaint program

good luck.

I use imagetool to convert files from 32 bit bmp to 24 bit bmp, then use photoshop to work on the image, then imagetool to convert it back.

Forget FS Repaint, it costs money and is just not up to the task of doing decent paint jobs.
