All the downloaded aircraft I have (besides payware) have been screwing up due to a similar glitch lately. If I try to use a downloaded plane, ala 767, the screen will show the plane for about half a second and then it will go white. However, the game is still going because once and awhile the screen will flash back to normal, but go immediately blank again, and furthermore I can hear the sound of the engines change if I give it some throttle. This is really bugging me and I dunno if there is a fix for this? I have SP2,
Windows XP, and a very fast system (E6850, 2 8800gt in SLI).
Someone help!

Try cleaning out the video drivers that your using and loading new ones.
Uncheck DX10 in the Sim if your using Vista.
I have the latest beta drivers, and I have XP so DX10 ain't an option.
Maybe it's the beta drivers, use proven ones.
I tried, and it didn't work, and I actually got worse performance due to SLI not being allowed. (it is with the new ones)
Have you tried it at the top resolution of your monitor.
Also try it in Window mode.
Changing the res doesn't work, and neither does window...
Did I get an FSX virus or something?
😂 No virus that I know of, if there were I would have had it twice.
I'm sure there is a simple explanation but for now...dunno?
A reinstall is a pain but it may come to that if this persists.
Try deleting the last add-on that you have.
I dunno if I can reinstall it....
Anyway I doubt its Lukla x or the Twotter... I trust Aerosoft. 😉
Do you have light bloom turned on? Bit of a long shot, but I found that I could see the panel and the aircraft but then the whole screen went black. Changing views often brought the view back for a split second but it goes black again. Turning off light bloom solved my problem.
Turn it off and see if it works.
Yes...I've had this problem with my spitfire (payware), and found indeed that it is light bloom playing a trick.Turn it off and that'll solve your problem
^ Yessss! That fixed it. Thanks for everything!
