Realizing that things change.... currently.... is it better to stay with 32 bit for the moment or move into 64 bit... Knowing the 8800 Ultra is soon to be released is there a best bang for the buck video card?

I am thinking of upgrading to a new motherboard video card combo... I project the image on a 52 inch samsung 850 series... I presently use an Abit KV-80 with 2gb's of RAM with a ATI HD 2600 pro video card. I have a dual boot system with XP and Vista 32 bit presently.

Any real life experience is appreciated.
