Hi

I have just had to upgrade my PC and am now running on Windows 8. I installed FSX and the program is now resident in my program files. I applied the activation code that came with the software (Gold edition) but alas the activation code in not recognized. I contacted Microsoft and they provided me with an alternative code which also failed to work. Any advice would be welcomed as to how I can resolve this issue.

Call them back or write letter to customer service in Redmond.
