What does this really mean, and what can I do to fix FSX.

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\fsx.exe".Error in manifest or policy file "C:\Windows\WinSxS\manifests\x86_policy.8.0.microsoft.vc80.mfc_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.762_none_8a14c0566bec5b24.manifest" on line 0. Invalid Xml syntax.

Hmmm, I'm no geek, so have little to offer other than perhaps reinstalling FSX? Or use the repair function on your install disks.
