When we change the knob to VOR on the EFIS control panel and tune a VOR1 for landing about 200 nautical miles from the runway. The VOR 2 remains for Navaid. Will it directly show the VOR tuned for landing or will it keep showing the VOR's we pass by due to VOR2 which is a Navaid and then the VOR for approach when we come closer to that station?

If I remember correctly, it should display both VORs as though it were an RMI. When you press the approach push button, VOR on the Nav display should add a deviation scale. This will be associated with the VOR for the airport entered in the FMGS. I think.
To confirm, the deviation scale will appear on the PFD, not the ND.
