Missing Menu Bar - Flight Simulator X (General)

I mistakenly selected full screen from the top menu bar.

Since then the whole menu bar is missing !!!!
I have tried everything to reinstate it even a complete reboot..........result nothing.

Radar Man, I bet you dread me and my problems appearing here but this is causing serious problems as you can imagine.
