How do I add new planes from Fly Away into FS 2002.

I am about to go crazy.

Had have had FS 2002 for many years on old XP computer. I just set it back up and downloaded some planes etc. from Fly Away.

I cannot figure out how to Load them or import them into FS 2002.

I have never tried to add new planes before and am completely lost at how to do it..

There are so many different files and the instructions I did fins are so Vague I couldn't understand them..

Does anyone know a GOOD EASY TO UNDERSTAND site where I can read how to do it?

I am 62 years old and am not a computer programmer so I need easy to understand directions on how to do it.
