PLEASE remove the copies of FSUIPC you are hosting. Folks are finding them and installing them and wonder why they don't work with current editions of FS. Worse, they come to my Support Forum to ask for help, wasting my time.
If you must host my files here please make sure they are Supported Versions only, as listed in the Announcements on my Forum. It would be far better if you simply gave the appropriate links, as does Mr. Schiratti on the Schiratti Dowson site!
