I ran the mskb928080 program eactly in accordance with the instructions in the ReadMe file, the command prompt returned:

c:\MicrosoftKB928080>resetsldl /a
Cleaning up Token Store at: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\SLDL\\SoftwareLicensing
Failed to delete the token store.
Error -- HRESULT 80004005

Would be grateful for guidance on what to do next.
