Trying to install AI Formation Toys V4 but get error

glm705 Guest

Hi all, I'm trying to install AI Formation Toys V4 for FSX but get an error message that reads "The application failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect." when I go to open it.

When going into event viewer, the event has this message: Activation context generation failed for "C:\Users\Gavin\Documents\site\formationsetup (2)\FormationSetup.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect ,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="67c7c14424d61b5b",type="win32",version="10.0.60905.0" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

I can't get sxstrace.exe to open, so I'm hoping you guys can figure it out by that message. Could it have something to do with the fact that I'm running windows 64? I'm really lost and could use some help[/url]

Reading this, it seems to be quite a problem.

When frustrated I just reinstall Windows, big job reloading all programs etc. but in the long run it seems to be the way out.
