Every time i try to open fsx it keep saying steam is not running SOMEONE HELP!

Chief CaptainThis is what Steam says to do:
Steam not running
In the Task Manager click “More details” at the bottom-left if that's not been selected already, then scroll down in the Processes list until you reach “Steam – Steam Bootstrapper, Client Service, WebHelper” and so on. ... Once no more Steam processes are open, try opening Steam again and it should work.
Traineeill send you files that will fix that issue with steam. just email me since i cant post it here... BTW, let me know why your emailing me since i ignore most emails
